Alex Gellman, Ph.D. Integrative Medicine, Homeopathy, Iridologist, and Behavioral Life Coach, offers remote and in-person appointments at the medical clinic on Lawrence Avenue West in Toronto for GTA patients.

Building on strengths in Integrative Medicine, a background as a Registered Homeopath, Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner, and Behavioural Life Coach, Alex has over 30 years of experience transforming the lives of clients and patients.

Programs and Services—

Alex provides guidance through one-on-one and group counselling and tele-wellness/remote sessions or coaching to boost health naturally. She also offers Simple Steps to Wellness workshops (online and in-person), keynote talks, presentations/webinars, and remote personalized sessions. Check with Alex to discuss your needs.

Alex specializes in teaching trusted, straightforward approaches to health and nutrition and showing how to improve your life (and longevity)— in easy, doable steps.

The first step is generally an Iridology Assessment, a discovery process that will likely enhance your understanding, outlook, and, most likely, your future. This can be completed online or in-person.

She is a certified facilitator of MBTi (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) that she uses in coaching to improve lines of communication.

She has presented at conferences and at the University of Toronto Research Symposium on the results of a successful 6-month study on the effects of those suffering from Fibromyalgia.

The author of three lifestyle wellness manuals, Alex also created the stress age biological assessment featured in the Wall Street Journal. She has appeared on a variety of health and wellness television shows and has hosted wellness retreats in Sedona and Niagara
