Steps to a Healthier Lifestyle with Vega Testing

May 2, 2011 By Alex Gellman

In a previous post I outlined steps for overcoming candida and then followed up with a muffin recipe appropriate for a candida-free lifestyle . I have since amended the recipe to include a missing ingredient: 5 packets of Stevia extract by Krisda.

I’ve also experimented with variations on the muffin recipe.

Instead of using blueberries, try adding grated orange rind and grated ginger. For an extra punch of protein add quinoa flakes instead of oatmeal. You may hit on your own successful variation which I’d like to hear about. Remember – YOU COULD WIN! – send in your comments for a chance to win a free health consultation.

Hidden Food Sensitivities

A health consultation with me involves testing with the Vega Food instrument. Vega testing will reveal food sensitivities that you never knew you had, but could be responsible for stubborn ailments – like candida – or just general feelings of lethargy, bloating etc.

Good health and energy levels can often be achieved by simply being more selective in your food choices. While the results of over consumption of sugar, alcohol and caffeine are well know to all of us, you may be surprised to learn that certain grains, fruits, vegetables and nuts you assumed to be healthy can actually cause problems with your particular physical make-up.

The Vega Food instrument tests an extensive array of food including grains, dairy products, eggs, fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds, meats & poultry, seafood, food additives, and miscellaneous foodstuffs such as caffeine, honey, sugar, yeast, alcohol, vinegar, etc.

To learn more about foods that might be triggering your ailments, and foods you need for optimal health, book an appointment for Vega testing by myself or another qualified health practicioner.

Coming soon: YouTube video on food testing.

Why not embrace spring as a time for renewal – a time to cleanse and regenerate the liver? Happy health!
