As I mentioned in an earlier post, I am conducting a homeopathic study on weight loss that will be a component of my PhD thesis. Participants in this study are following a two part plan; the first part consists of a special weight loss diet that is also designed to combat candida. The second part is to take a homeopathic remedy that addresses the stressors and any physical health weaknesses that I have identified through iridology.
I’m happy to report that two of the participants in the study on weight loss have had particularly excellent results. Their steady weight loss has been an inspiration to them and very exciting for me as well. The two women who have had these great results have agreed to allow me to share some of their case history, without revealing their names, of course.
Here are some stats for these two individuals:

On March 16, 2011, this 21 year old female first weighed in at l93.4 lbs.

Hip Measurement: 44.5”
On May 25, 2011 she weighed in at 172.2 lbs for a total loss of 21.2 lbs. over a 10 week period.
Biological Age: 33

Hip Measurement: 38.25”

Both of these women have had steady weight loss without the frustration of hitting a “plateau” and are experiencing greater energy and optimism. One of the women was kind enough to compose this testimonial:
“I have always struggled with weight issues over most of my life. Being a part of this experience has been very uplifting and rewarding. It is very beneficial to have support when you are trying a new food plan. I have found that I have more energy from taking away certain foods and replacing them with healthier choices. My emotions have changed as well, before the program I was feeling depression and have not felt depressed since. Changing my eating habits at the beginning was a struggle but now that I have been eating better quality of food it has become easier and I became more aware of what I want to put into my body. It is a great way of making a healthier you! ”
