Self-Realization Starts Now – Happy New Year!

January 2, 2014 By Alex Gellman

May you all discover new depths of resolve and tap the inner strength that will keep you motivated and engaged. Cheers! In my quest to help, the topics of this  month’s posts will be reminders, and offer food for thought in general, to help you on your quest for self-realization and meaning in 2014.

How Do You Feel About Yourself?

Pause and reflect. Any regrets about New Year’s Eve indulgences? Feel like you need a holiday after the holidays? Now is the time to regroup and think positive! How we feel about ourselves is key to our wellbeing. If you feel good about yourself you will attract positive events and adventures. On this first day of the new year, put past mistakes, regrets and grievances behind you.

It can be simple – maybe you have outgrown your look and it is time to get a new look – be it new hair , or an outfit that perhaps you felt intimidated by since it would attract too much attention – tap that inner strength, make it happen and you’ll carry it off. Or the time may be ripe to lose that stubborn extra weight that won’t budge. Check out our weight loss support services and FREE online support group.

If events in our personal past make us feel shameful and ugly inside – make 2014 the year to shed that. To help that happen get some crab tree Bach flower remedy.

Take 3 drops in a glass of water 4 times a day for 7 days and let me know the changes. Be prepared this remedy might inspire the soul to use the dream stage to work through the discomfort, the shame and memory of abuse. Be prepared for a little discomfort. Some people deal with abuse and disappointment by self medicating with food or alcohol or gambling and that is no remedy. Keep positive, it is a stage and like king Solomon said “this too will pass”.
