KAMUT BLUEBERRY CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFIN RECIPE
1 ½ cups kamut flour
½ cup oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of salt
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup hard honey
1/3 cup apple sauce
½ cup coconut
Preheat oven to 355 degrees and grease muffin pan with coconut oil or butter.
Mix wet ingredients, then add dry ingredients.
Pour the mixture into your greased muffin pan, filling each cup half full. Reserve some batter.
Add organic raisins, cut up organic apricots, dark chocolate chips or carob chips, and fresh organic blueberries to each cup.
Top off with reserved batter to cover treats.
Bake in oven for approximately 21 minutes.
